Packing
Agrimech's packing and batching systems are designed to improve efficiency, reduce manual handling and keep products moving smoothly through the production line. Designed and built in-house, our machinery provides reliable, practical solutions for a wide range of products and packaging formats.
What is Packing?
Packing is the stage of the line that gets finished product ready for the next step. It covers placing products into boxes, trays and other packaging ready for handling, storage and transport, and counting, grouping and organising packs into set quantities or batches. Automating it keeps every pack count consistent, cuts down on manual handling and frees up your team for other jobs. Agrimech's range covers case packing, collating and batching, and high-speed bag closing, and each machine can run on its own or as part of a complete automated line.

Our Packing & Batching Range
Case Packing
For lines that pack product into trays, boxes or cartons, our case packer places each product into the pack in a set pattern or layout, so every case leaves the line the same. It handles product gently and can be configured around your product and pack format, taking a repetitive hand-packing job off your team.

Delta: Case Packing System
For plastic trays, cardboard boxes and cartons. Gentle product handling, inverter technology and user-friendly controls, built in stainless steel and configured to suit your requirements.
Collating & Batching
Once product has been bagged, it often needs counting into set quantities before it's packed into a master paper, plastic or net bag.Our collator counts and batches pre-packed products automatically, using a spring-pressure hugger belt to hold each pack steady and dividing bins to separate each batch. Inverter drives and an adjustable rear hopper let you fine-tune it to your product, so it suits busy retail packing lines running high volumes of small packs.

Olympus: Collating & Batching System
Up to 56 x 2kg/5lb packs per minute*. Counts and batches pre-packed potatoes, carrots and onions. Paper, plastic and net packaging.
*Depending on product and operating conditions.
High-Speed Bag Closing
For lines packing product into small plastic bags, Argo feeds each filled bag to an automatic closer that secures the neck with a metal-free closure, locking the bag quickly and cleanly. The Kwik Lok closer sits on a pivot arm for fast, full access, and the machine is easy to adjust by hand for different bag sizes. It can be built left- or right-handed, or as a double, to suit your line layout.

Argo: High Speed Bag Closing System
Up to 24 bags per minute*. For 1lb to 20lb bags. Kwik Lok closure system with HMI touch screen and configurable recipes.
*Product dependent.
